"Cologne at half past seven" is the title of a survey exhibition by and with Cologne artists, which takes place in Cologne and opens at half past seven. This year the show is accompanied by a programme of events, created by the participating artists. The exhibition is part of a series which started in 2014 and is based on an open call. Jury members for 2019 are: Barbara von Flüe, Holger Otten, Annelie Pohlen and Hartwig Schwarz.
